P orque no faltarán menesterosos de en medio de la tierra; por eso yo te mando, diciendo: Abrirás tu mano á tu hermano, á tu pobre, y á tu menesteroso en tu tierra.

The poor will always be in the land. So I tell you to be free in giving to your brother, to those in need, and to the poor in your land.
