Q ue tornaste la ciudad en montón, la ciudad fuerte en ruina: el alcázar de los extraños que no sea ciudad, ni nunca jamás sea reedeficada.

For thou hast made of the city a heap, of the fortified town a ruin, the palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built up.
