P oiché hai ridotto la città a un mucchio di pietre, la città fortificata a un cumulo di rovine; la cittadella degli stranieri non è piú una città, non sarà mai piú ricostruita.

For thou hast made of the city a heap, of the fortified town a ruin, the palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built up.
