Л от возвел очи свои и увидел всю окрестность Иорданскую, что она, прежде нежели истребил Господь Содом и Гоморру, вся до Сигора орошалась водою, как сад Господень, как земля Египетская;

And Lot looked and saw that everywhere the Jordan Valley was well watered. Before the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt, as you go to Zoar.
