F iindcă am auzit cum, la ieşirea voastră din Egipt, Domnul a secat înaintea voastră apele mării Roşii, şi am auzit ce aţi făcut celor doi împăraţi ai Amoriţilor dincolo de Iordan, lui Sihon şi Og, pe cari i-aţi nimicit cu desăvîrşire.

`For we have heard how Jehovah dried up the waters of the Red Sea at your presence, in your going out of Egypt, and that which ye have done to the two kings of the Amorite who beyond the Jordan; to Sihon and to Og whom ye devoted.
