O amenii aceia se aşteptau să -l vadă umflîndu-se sau căzînd deodată mort; dar, dupăce au aşteptat mult, şi au văzut că nu i se întîmplă niciun rău, şi-au schimbat părerea, şi ziceau că este un zeu.

Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god.
