Matei 12:1 ~ Matthew 12:1

Î n vremea aceea, Isus trecea prin lanurile de grîu, într'o zi de Sabat. Ucenicii Lui, cari erau flămînzi, au început să smulgă spice de grîu şi să le mănînce.

At that particular time Jesus went through the fields of standing grain on the Sabbath; and His disciples were hungry, and they began to pick off the spikes of grain and to eat.
