E le s-au dedat la preacurvie, şi pe mînile lor este sînge: au preacurvit cu idolii lor; şi copiii pe cari Mi -i născuseră, i-au trecut prin foc în cinstea lor, ca să -i mănînce!

For they have committed adultery, and blood is on their hands, and with their idols they have committed adultery and have even caused their sons, whom they bore unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them.
