C ăci toiagul de cîrmuire al răutăţii nu va rămînea pe moştenirea celor neprihăniţi, pentru ca cei neprihăniţi să nu întindă mînile spre nelegiuire.

For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the righteous, lest the righteous (God’s people) stretch forth their hands to iniquity and apostasy.
