O amenii aceştia, scrişi pe nume, au venit pe vremea lui Ezechia, împăratul lui Iuda; au sfărîmat corturile lor şi pe Maoniţi, cari se aflau acolo, i-au nimicit cu desăvîrşire pînă în ziua de azi, şi s'au aşezat în locul lor, căci acolo erau păşune pentru turmele lor.

These whose names have been written down came in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah. They destroyed their tents and the Meunites who were found there. They destroyed all of them to this day, and lived in their place because there were fields for their flocks.
