e ntão assim os tratarei: eu lhes trarei pavor repentino, doenças e febre que lhes tirarão a visão e lhes definharão a vida. Vocês semearão inutilmente, porque os seus inimigos comerão as suas sementes.

I will do this: I will appoint over you terror (trembling, trouble), even consumption and fever that consume and waste the eyes and make the life pine away. You shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
