C ând bărbaţii lui Israel s-au văzut la strâmtorare (căci oştirea lor era în impas) au început să se ascundă în peşteri, în tufişuri, printre stânci, în gropi şi în fântâni.

The men of Israel saw that they were in trouble. The people were in a place of danger. So the people hid themselves in caves, bushes, hill-sides, graves and wells.
