V oi însă Îl respingeţi astăzi pe Dumnezeul vostru Care v-a izbăvit din toate nenorocirile şi necazurile voastre, spunând: «Nu vrem să facem cum zici tu, ci pune un rege peste noi!» De aceea înfăţişaţi-vă acum înaintea Domnului, după seminţiile şi clanurile voastre.“

and ye to-day have rejected your God, who Himself your saviour out of all your evils and your distresses, and ye say, `Nay, but -- a king thou dost set over us; and now, station yourselves before Jehovah, by your tribes, and by your thousands.'
