Î nsă Domnul, Dumnezeul lui Israel, l-a dat pe Sihon şi pe toţi oamenii săi în mâna lui Israel. Ei i-au învins şi astfel Israel a ocupat tot teritoriul amoriţilor care locuiau în această ţară.

Yahweh, the God of Israel, delivered Sihon and all his people into the hand of Israel, and they struck them. So Israel possessed all the land of the Amorites, the inhabitants of that country.
