S ă nu existe printre voi nici un bărbat sau femeie, nici un clan şi nici o seminţie a căror inimă să se întoarcă astăzi de la Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru, ducându-se să slujească zeilor acestor neamuri. Să nu existe printre voi nici o rădăcină care produce otravă sau amărăciune.


Peradventure there shall be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turns away today from the LORD our God to go and serve the gods of those Gentiles; peradventure there shall be among you a root that bears poison and wormwood;
