D eoarece conducătorii nu le inspiră teamă celor ce fac binele, ci celor ce fac răul. Vrei deci să nu-ţi fie frică de autoritate? Fă ce este bine şi vei fi lăudat de ea!

For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same.
