f iindcă, deşi L-au cunoscut pe Dumnezeu, ei nu L-au slăvit ca Dumnezeu şi nici nu I-au mulţumit, şi astfel gândirea lor a devenit fără folos, iar mintea lor nesăbuită s-a întunecat.

because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
