A tunci s-a aprins mânia Domnului împotriva lui Israel şi i-a făcut să rătăcească în pustie timp de patruzeci de ani, până când toată generaţia care făcuse rău înaintea Lui a murit.

And Jehovah's anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until the whole generation was consumed that had done evil in the eyes of Jehovah.
