D acă un om se va culca cu o femeie, o sclavă, logodită cu un alt bărbat, care nu fusese încă răscumpărată sau eliberată, să fie pedepsiţi amândoi. Să nu fie însă omorâţi, pentru că ea nu fusese eliberată.

And if a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave betrothed to a husband and not yet ransomed or given her freedom, they shall be punished; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free;
