N ë qoftë se dikush ka marrëdhënie seksuale me një grua që është skllave e premtuar një njeriu, por që nuk është shpenguar dhe nuk ka fituar lirinë, do të dënohen që të dy, por nuk do të dënohen me vdekje, sepse ajo nuk ishte e lirë.

And if a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave betrothed to a husband and not yet ransomed or given her freedom, they shall be punished; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free;
