Ieremia 40:7 ~ Jeremiah 40:7

C ând toţi conducătorii oştirilor, care rămăseseră pe câmp, şi oamenii lor au auzit că împăratul Babilonului l-a pus pe Ghedalia, fiul lui Ahikam, să conducă ţara şi că i-a încredinţat lui pe toţi bărbaţii, femeile şi copiii cei mai săraci, care nu fuseseră duşi în captivitate în Babilon,

And all the captains of the forces that were in the fields, they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had appointed Gedaliah the son of Ahikam over the land, and had committed unto him men, and women, and children, and of the poor of the land, of them that had not been carried away captive to Babylon.
