« Ascultaţi-Mă, ţinuturi de lângă mare! Luaţi aminte, popoare de departe! Domnul M-a chemat înainte să mă nasc; pe când eram încă în pântecele mamei Mele, El Mi-a rostit numele.

Listen to Me, O islands, And pay attention, you peoples from afar. The Lord called Me from the womb; From the body of My mother He named Me.
