F iecare dintre cei ce sunt număraţi să dea o jumătate de şechel, după şechelul Lăcaşului (un şechel este douăzeci de ghere); această jumătate de şechel va fi o jertfă pentru Domnul.

This is what everyone who is numbered shall give: half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary ( the shekel is twenty gerahs), half a shekel as a contribution to the Lord.
