E l a numit locul acela „Masa şi Meriba“, pentru că acolo israeliţii s-au certat şi L­au testat pe Domnul, zicând: „Este oare Domnul cu noi sau nu?“

He called the place Massah and Meribah because of the faultfinding of the Israelites and because they tempted and tried the patience of the Lord, saying, Is the Lord among us or not?
