Neemia 13:25 ~ Nehemiah 13:25

I -am mustrat, i-am blestemat, i-am pălmuit chiar pe unii dintre bărbaţi şi le-am smuls părul. I-am pus să jure pe Dumnezeu astfel: „Nu ne vom mărita fiicele cu fiii popoarelor şi nu ne vom căsători nici fiii, nici chiar noi înşine, cu fiicele lor!“

I contended with them, and cursed them, and struck certain of them, and plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, “You shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor take their daughters for your sons, or for yourselves.
