C ând Mefiboşet, fiul lui Ionatan şi nepotul lui Saul, a ajuns înaintea lui David şi-a plecat faţa şi s-a închinat. David i-a zis: – Mefiboşet! – Iată slujitorul tău! i-a răspuns el.

Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered, Behold thy servant!
