C ând a auzit veştile despre Iacov, fiul surorii sale, Laban a alergat să-l întâmpine. L-a îmbrăţişat, l-a sărutat şi l-a dus în casa sa. Iacov i-a spus lui Laban toate aceste lucruri.

When Laban heard the news of Jacob, his sister’s son, he ran to meet Jacob, and embraced him, and kissed him, and brought him to his house. Jacob told Laban all these things.
