S e chi ha fatto il voto è troppo povero per pagare la somma fissata da te, lo si farà presentare al sacerdote, il quale lo tasserà. Il sacerdote farà una stima, in proporzione dei mezzi di colui che ha fatto il voto.

But if the person is too poor to pay your price, he will be brought to the religious leader. The religious leader will decide the worth of the person by how much he who made the promise is able to pay.
