O figlia che abiti in Dibon, scendi dalla tua gloria, siedi sul suolo riarso, poiché il devastatore di Moab marcia contro di te, distrugge le tue fortezze.

Come down from your glory, you inhabitant of the Daughter of Dibon, and sit on the ground among the thirsty! For the destroyer of Moab is advancing against you; he will destroy your strongholds.
