A llora il re d’Assiria diede quest’ordine: «Fate tornare laggiù uno dei sacerdoti che avete deportato di là; vada a stabilirsi in quel luogo e insegni loro il modo di servire il Dio del paese».

Then the king of Assyria told them, “Take to Samaria one of the religious leaders you brought from there. Let him go and live in Samaria. And let him teach them the way of the god of the land.”
