D er König von Assyrien gebot und sprach: Bringet dahin der Priester einen, die von dort sind weggeführt, und ziehet hin und wohnet daselbst, und er lehre sie die Weise Gottes im Lande.

Then the king of Assyria told them, “Take to Samaria one of the religious leaders you brought from there. Let him go and live in Samaria. And let him teach them the way of the god of the land.”
