W hen Saul returned from following the Philistines, he was told, “See, David is in the desert of Engedi.”

وَبَعدَ أنْ طارَدَ شاوُلُ الفِلِسْطِيِّينَ، قِيلَ لِشاوُلَ: «داوُدُ فِي مِنْطَقَةِ البَرِّيَّةِ قُربَ عَينِ جَدْيِ.»
