F or when Israel had planted seeds, the Midianites and Amalekites and the people of the east would come and fight against them.

وَكُلَّما زَرَعَ بَنُو إسْرائِيلَ مَحاصِيلَ، كانَ بَنُو مِدْيانَ وَالعَمالِقَةُ وَالشَّرْقِيُّونَ يَصْعَدُونَ لِلهُجُومِ عَلَيهِمْ.
