T here was no city too strong for us, from Aroer by the valley of Arnon, and from the city which is in the valley, as far as Gilead. The Lord our God gave all to us.

De la Aroer, care este pe malul uedului Arnon şi de la cetatea care se află în defileu, până la Ghilad n-a existat nici o cetate prea puternică pentru noi. Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru, ni le-a dat pe toate.
