W hen eight days were over, they did the religious act of becoming a Jew on the Child. He was named Jesus. This name was given to Him by the angel when Mary was told He was to be born.

滿 了 八 天 ， 就 給 孩 子 行 割 禮 ， 與 他 起 名 叫 耶 穌 ； 這 就 是 沒 有 成 胎 以 前 ， 天 使 所 起 的 名 。
