P eople from over all the country of Judea and from Jerusalem came to him. They told of their sins and were baptized by John in the Jordan River.

A ele vinha toda a região da Judéia e todo o povo de Jerusalém. Confessando os seus pecados, eram batizados por ele no rio Jordão.
