T hey went up to the valley of Eshcol and saw the land. Then they took the desire away from the people of Israel so that they did not go into the land the Lord had given them.

Salirono fino alla valle di Escol; e, dopo aver esplorato il paese, scoraggiarono i figli d’Israele dall’entrare nel paese che il Signore aveva dato loro.
