T he Lord God says, “Your shame was poured out and your clothing was taken off because of your sex sins with your lovers and with all your hated false gods. And you killed your children and gave them to false gods. Because of these things,

يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ الإلَهُ: ‹بِسَبَبِ تَعَرِّيكِ وَكَشْفِكِ عَنْ جَسَدِكِ العارِي، وَأنتِ تَزنِينَ مَعَ عُشّاقِكِ وَأوثانِكِ الكَرِيهَةِ، وَبِسَبَبِ دَمِ أولادِكِ الَّذِي قَدَّمْتِهِ لِتِلكَ الأوثانِ،
