H e built towers in the desert and dug many wells. For he had many animals, both in the valley and in the plain. He also had farmers and vine-keepers in the hill country and in the good growing fields, for he loved farming.

Asimismo edificó torres en el desierto, y abrió muchas cisternas; porque tuvo muchos ganados, así en los valles como en las vegas; y viñas, y labranzas, así en los montes como en los llanos fértiles; porque era amigo de la agricultura.
