D avid had a strong desire. He said, “O, if only someone would give me water to drink from the well by the gate of Bethlehem!”

وَقالَ داوُدُ بِحَنِينٍ: «أتَمَنَّى لَو يُعْطِيَني أحَدٌ بَعْضَ الماءِ مِنَ البِئْرِ الَّتِي بِالقرُبِ مِنْ بوَّابَةِ بَيْتَ لَحْمَ!»
