I n the fiftieth year of Azariah king of Judah, Pekahiah the son of Menahem became the king of Israel in Samaria. He ruled for two years.

تَوَلَّى فَقَحْيا بْنُ مَناحِيمَ حُكْمَ إسْرائِيلَ فِي السَّنَةِ الخَمْسِينَ مِنْ حُكْمِ عَزَرْيا لِيَهُوذا. وَحَكَمَ فَقَحْيا سَنَتَينِ.
