A nd say to Amasa, ‘Are you not my bone and my flesh? May God do so to me, and more also, if you will not be the captain of my army at all times instead of Joab.’”

Y díganle a Amasa: ‘¿No eres hueso mío y carne mía ? Así haga Dios conmigo y aun más si no has de ser comandante del ejército delante de mí para siempre en lugar de Joab.’”
