Deuteronomy 33:28 ~ Deuteronomy 33:28

T hen Israel shall dwell in safety, The fountain of Jacob alone, In a land of grain and new wine; His heavens shall also drop dew.

So Israel lives in a safe place, the well of Jacob is safe, in a land of grain and new wine. Rain falls from His heavens.
