Deuteronomy 33:28 ~ Deuteronomy 33:28

I srael then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.

So Israel lives in a safe place, the well of Jacob is safe, in a land of grain and new wine. Rain falls from His heavens.
