N ow these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted.

وَقَدْ حَدَثَتْ هَذِهِ الأُمُورُ مِثالاً لَنا، لِئَلّا نَكُونَ مِمَّنْ يَشتَهُونَ أُمُوراً شِرِّيرَةً مِثلَهُمْ.
