ثُمَّ بارَكَهُما سِمعانُ، وَقالَ لِمَريَمَ أُمِّ يَسُوعَ: «جُعِلَ هَذا الطِّفلُ لِيُسقِطَ وَلِيُقِيْمَ كَثِيْرِيْنَ فِي بَنيْ إسرائِيلَ، وَلِيَكونَ بُرْهاناً ضِدَّ المُقاوِمِينَ!
