A ll these were the children of Asher, heads of their fathers’ houses, choice men, mighty men of valor, chief leaders. And they were recorded by genealogies among the army fit for battle; their number was twenty-six thousand.

Todos estos fueron hijos de Aser, cabezas de familias paternas, escogidos, esforzados, jefes de príncipes. Al ser contados, según los registros de sus genealogías, eran veintiséis mil hombres los que podían tomar las armas.
