T hen David said, “No one may carry the ark of God but the Levites, for the Lord has chosen them to carry the ark of God and to minister before Him forever.”

Apoi David a zis: „Nimeni să nu poarte Chivotul lui Dumnezeu, în afară de leviţi, căci pe ei i-a ales Domnul ca să ducă Chivotul Domnului şi să-I slujească pe vecie.“
