T hen David spoke to the leaders of the Levites to appoint their brethren to be the singers accompanied by instruments of music, stringed instruments, harps, and cymbals, by raising the voice with resounding joy.


Davide ordinò ai capi dei Leviti che chiamassero i loro fratelli cantori a prestare servizio con i loro strumenti musicali, saltèri, cetre e cembali, da cui trarre suoni vigorosi, per cantare in segno di gioia.
