O ut of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name.

Y el Señor Dios formó de la tierra todo animal del campo y toda ave del cielo, y los trajo al hombre para ver cómo los llamaría; y como el hombre llamó a cada ser viviente, ése fue su nombre.
